Rakuten & Taobao Haul

こんにちは

I'm just going to start off by saying this is a collective haul I didn't get it all at once, also this is probably going to be a pretty picture heavy post >.<

Lets start with Rakuten since I ordered from there first also everything is from DreamV ~
I actually lost the pictures I took of both pairs of shoes but they look the the same as the pictures below.

Got these in the cream version, surprisingly comfy I wore these when I went to London in my last post.

These in black.

I looooove this shirt I want to get more like it, maybe in mint as well, also the pearl/diamond collar is detachable.

Needed some more casual-ish t-shirts, thought this was cute and I don't have many black clothes.

Again love this cardigan it keeps me warm and looks really cute!!

I found the Rakuten ordering process really easy and straightforward although all the emails I received form them were in Japanese and I did end up having to pay custom charges which was expensive. I'm not sure it's because of the time of year or that I was just lucky in the past but I will still order from there because the price of the clothes and shipping was really reasonable. ^-^

Next Taobao ~ I'm pretty sure everything is a replica especially the Liz Lisa stuff.

Liz Lisa. Needed a new jumper especially now it's winter, mostly for around the house, very soft and warm.

Liz Lisa.

Liz Lisa.

Not sure on the brand. The hanging pieces of ribbon are actually the straps while those chiffon type sleeves are meant to hang around the arms, looks prettier when worn.

Liz Lisa.

Not sure on the brand but the shop was called BonBon.

Ank Rouge. Reminded me very much of the dress/top Hyuna wore in her MV version of Gangnam Style.

And these where some freebies I got too ^-^

Again with Taobao I find it easy to purchase there with a shopping service, although I got hit with custom charges again -.- but it was no where near as much as Rakuten so I felt happier okay paying it.

So that's everything!!

London Shopping with Charli

こんにちは

Its really been a long long time since I went shopping with my best friend Charli, so we can kinda fit in everything for that one day to make up for not having the time earlier >.<

So yeah there are quite a few pictures that pretty much sum up the day :)

We headed to Westfield shopping centre in Stratford to get our remaining Xmas shopping done (well that was the plan haha) First thing we made sure to do though was get some Starbucks coffee, it was very much needed to keep me going for the day.

Then we headed into Chinatown as we hadn't done a purikura together since February!! Also there is a promotion on there at the moment and all the purikura machines are half price, that's the reason for two sets ^-^

We were pretty hungry by this point and decided to go to Suki a Japanese restaurant because Charli was suffering with a cold and we both agreed that Suki had a better selection of ramen which would be best for someone with a cold, I dunno that was our logic anyways >.<

And then for our desert we finally went to the Haagen dazs restaurant in Leicester Square. We got waffles with cream, one scoop of praline ice cream and one scoop of caramel ice cream to share even though this is only meant for one person o.o
It was really delicious I hope to go back again soon and try out the other deserts because they all looked so yummy!!

Also went to The Japan Centre in the hopes of finding Popteen and Egg magazines but no luck :( so I decided to buy Fool's Mate purely for Vivid's Shin on the cover, I know its said never to judge a book by its cover but look how pretty.
That's pretty much all I bought for myself and everything else was Xmas presents for people so I won't show it on here, I don't want to ruin the surprise :P

Oh and when we got back to Charli's car it had completely iced over, I got the feeling sitting inside that this is what its like to be inside and igloo.

That's about everything ~

MCM Expo

こんにちは

So I went to MCM Expo again in October, getting to spend four days with my closest friends was just amazing!!

Unfortunately because we were all so busy I wasn't able to take much pictures ~ but here's what I did take.

I wore this on the Saturday, just a simple school type inspired outfit. I just wore normal clothes on the other days nothing special.

Me and Charli camwhoring while waiting for the guys to get ready for dinner >.<

Charli and Vincent's 'non cosplay' cosplay

We went to a Korean BBQ restaurant one night. It was my first time trying Korean food, I ordered dumpling soup (I can't remember the Korean name) because I was freezing cold and it was delicious!! I can't wait to go again and try out more ^-^

Also I worked on the 5th November for work because there was a bonfire/fireworks event going on, I was able to watch the display as well and they looked to pretty.

G&G Gothic 3 Tone Hazel

こんにちは

I got some new circle lenses in the post a few weeks ago from PinkyParadise called Gothic 3 Tone in the colour hazel and the brand is G&G otherwise known as Dueba or Barbie. There a bit different from the usual type of lenses I go for.

Here's the product information ~

Diameter: 14.5mm
Water Content: 38%
Base Curve: 8.6mm
Type: 1 Year Disposal

Considering there 14.5mm which is quite large they don't appear too big on the eye because the outer ring is a dark grey instead of being black, also because they are a fairly thin type of lens. There extremely comfortable and don't dry my eyes out at all, even after the 8 hour recommended time

Here's what they look like on me ~

They blend in really well with my natural eye colour because of the 3 tone quality. I actually think that the main reason they look so natural on my eyes is because the colour of my eyes and the contacts are almost the same haha. My natural eye colour is a light-ish green.
Not even my family has noticed i'm wearing any circle lenses which I guess would make these pretty ideal for work ^-^

Comfort:
So comfortable even after 8 hours I don't feel them at all.
Style:
Love 3 tone lenses in general but these look really super nice on my natural eye colour.
Enlargement:
Even though there 14.5mm they don't feel 'big' or look it that much in person however in pictures it gives off a nice doll eye.

Overall I really love these lenses, I think I will use them for natural make up days or possibly when i'm at work if i'm not feeling too lazy haha.

Oh also I made a tumblr awhile ago feel free to follow me you like :)

Etude House Precious Mineral Sun BB Cream

こんにちは

I just had this arrive in the mail today!! ^-^
I was running low on the BB Cream I've been using and after hearing how the Etude House BB Creams for suitable for fair skin I thought why not give it a go.

Here's what it looks like in and out of the box, it has a sponge top application for a natural finish.

Since my previous BB Cream was a summer based one as well ( Skin79 Triple Functions ) I thought I would compare them to see if there were any difference, just by product description there pretty similar

So on the left is how they look after being squeezed out, I'd say Etude House looks like the lightest in this form. I would say the Skin 79 BB Cream is a lot cleaner and easy to use because it has a pump function whereas the Etude House one is in a squeezy tube.
~
I left them for awhile to oxerdize and this is how they looked. Pretty much the same right?? Well there's only a slight difference of Skin79 has a faint yellow undertone and Etude House having a faint pink undertone, also consistency wise Skin79 is a lot thicker so offers really good coverage but you can't really build it up or it will get cakey -.- the Etude House one however may only offer medium coverage its easy to build up without looking cakey and the sponge applicator really helps to give a nice even finish.

I really like both but for the smooth application I'd go with Etude House BB Cream for now, I'll just wait to see how long it lasts me to see if it was entirely worth the price >.<

Eyelash Haul

こんにちは

I went a little bit crazy on selecting some new false eyelashes, which I was desperately in need of (I blame ebay).

Lets start with the upper lashes ~

From left to right: Jumily No 4 sexy cat, Eyemazing Mizukitty No 303
I think i'm going to use these lashes for more dramatic looking eyes even though the Jumily lashes are natural looking they are a lot denser compared to other natural cat eye style lashes.

From left to right: Eye Love Matsuge 003 bambi eye, Diamond Lash Little Wink Series secret eye
And these i'm going to use for more of an everyday look (when i'm not feeling too lazy to wear lashes >.<) the Eye Love do look a little more dramatic but they are a lot shorter than the Jumily and Eyemazing ones but still able to make a nice daytime dolly eye look ^^

Here is a close up of my eye make up ~ I'm using the Eyemazing lashes as my top lashes and using the shorter half of the Dolly Wink No 12 feminine eye as my bottom lashes (the criss cross style).

This is a selca I took wearing the same eye lash combo as in the earlier pictures, kinda strange how it doesn't look as dramatic in this sort of angle :s
